What do Rypl's intent labels mean?
Updated
Rypl reads every comment and gives it an intent label: what the person wants. You can filter Conversations by intent, and reply rules can use it as a condition.
| Intent | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Question | Asks something | "Do you ship to Canada?" |
| Purchase | Wants to buy | "How do I order two?" |
| Request | Asks you to do something: refund, return, exchange, cancellation or order status | "Can you exchange this for size L?" |
| Complaint | Something went wrong | "My order still hasn't arrived" |
| Feedback | An opinion about the product or ad | "The blue one looks better" |
| Sharing | Tells their own experience, asking for nothing | "Got the mask today, my skin looks better" |
| Spam | Ads for other shops, links, competitor mentions or price comparisons, self-promotion, bots. Calling you a scam is a Complaint | "Earn $500 a day, DM me" |
| User-to-user | People talking to each other, often with @name. Called Between users in reply rules | "@anna look at this" |
| Other | None of the above |
Questions, purchases and requests are answered by default. Complaints go to Needs attention.
User-to-user and Other aren't in the Intent filter, and Other shows no label.
Each comment also gets a sentiment: Positive, Neutral or Negative.
