Why doesn't my Page or Instagram account appear in Rypl?

Updated

A Page or Instagram account usually doesn't appear in Rypl because it wasn't selected when you connected Facebook, the profile you used doesn't manage it, or the Instagram account isn't linked to the Page. Check these:

  • The Page wasn't selected in the Facebook window when you connected. On Accounts, click Connect Facebook again and tick the Page.
  • The profile you used doesn't manage the Page. Connect with the Facebook profile, or the Business portfolio, that has access to it.
  • The Page is in a Business portfolio. Connect with Business profile and make sure you have access to the Page in that portfolio.
  • A permission was unticked. If Rypl shows "Facebook permissions declined", connect again and allow everything Rypl asks for.
  • You left it unticked when you connected again. Unticked Pages drop off Channels. Connect again and tick every Page you want. See How do I add another Page to Rypl?
  • Your plan's account limit is reached. Rypl shows "You've reached your account limit". See How many accounts and Pages can I connect to Rypl?

Instagram account missing

It must be a professional (business or creator) account, linked to the Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite. After linking, connect Facebook in Rypl again. See How do I connect Instagram?

TikTok ad account missing

Connect TikTok again and authorize Rypl for that ad account. If Rypl shows "TikTok connection was cancelled or required permissions were not granted", allow all the permissions it asks for.
