What is an agent in Rypl?

An agent is the AI that answers your comments and messages. It holds your instructions, your tone and your knowledge base. You assign an agent to channels: one agent can serve several channels, and each channel has one agent.

One agent per brand
Agencies and businesses with several brands usually create one agent per brand, each with its own voice and knowledge base.
What lives where
- On the agent: instructions, tone, knowledge base, where it replies, how soon, links, smarter replies and reply rules.
- On the channel: whether AI replies are on, which agent replies, reply language, emojis and moderation.

Click Connect Facebook again and tick the new Page, keeping your other Pages ticked. Then turn on AI replies for it: new Pages start switched off.
How a reply is written
Rypl reads the comment, decides whether to answer it, and writes the reply from your instructions, tone and knowledge base, in the commenter's language.
