How do thank-you replies work in Rypl?

Rypl thanks people for kind comments when you turn on Praise and support under What it replies to on the agent's Replies tab. The agent then answers kind comments with nothing to answer, such as "Love this!" or "Best purchase ever". Thank-you replies are on the Pro and Ultra plans.
Replies keep the comment thread active and show people that a real brand reads its comments.

Use a reply rule: All positive comments or Emoji-only reactions with My text, and add a few versions such as "Thanks for the love! 💜". Rypl picks one each time. Set Is a question to No, so "Love it! How much?" still gets a real answer.
Reply rules
A reply rule says which comments the agent answers and how: with an AI reply, with your own text, or not at all. Up to 20 rules per agent, on Pro and Ultra.
Approving replies
No. AI replies are posted on the agent's How soon timing. To control the words, use reply rules with My text, or answer yourself in Conversations.
