Rypl supports Facebook, Instagram and TikTok: comments on Facebook and Instagram ads and posts, Messenger and Instagram Direct messages, and comments on TikTok ads. Every platform is on every plan.

Does Rypl work with organic TikTok posts?
No. On TikTok, Rypl handles comments on ads you run through TikTok Ads Manager. TikTok doesn't allow deleting other people's comments on ads, so on TikTok Rypl hides them instead.
Does Rypl work with Facebook Groups?
No. Rypl works with Facebook Pages: their ads, posts and Messenger. Groups aren't supported.
Does Rypl handle Instagram Reels and Stories?
Yes. Comments on Reels are handled like comments on posts, and replies to your Stories arrive as DMs, which the agent can answer.
Do I need a separate plan for each platform?
No. Every plan includes Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
