Does Rypl reply to DMs?

Yes. Rypl agents reply to Messenger and Instagram Direct messages as well as to comments, from the same knowledge base and in the same brand voice.
- Choose where the agent replies: Comments and messages (the default), Comments only or Messages only. See Where and how soon does the agent reply?
- The 24-hour window. The agent answers a DM within 24 hours of the person's last message, as Meta allows. After that you can still reply yourself from Conversations for up to 7 days, if your connection has Meta's Human Agent permission. After 7 days Rypl shows that the messaging window has expired.
- What it skips. The agent doesn't answer spam DMs, or negative feedback and complaints that don't ask anything.
- Reply rules apply to comments. Direct messages follow the agent's instructions.
TikTok ad comments are supported; TikTok messages are not.
