Where and how soon does the Rypl agent reply?

A Rypl agent replies to comments, DMs or both, as set in Where it replies, and replies within seconds or after a delay you choose in How soon. Both are on the agent's Replies tab.
Where it replies

How soon

| Within a day | 2 to 6 hours after the comment |
Facebook may throttle new Pages that reply instantly. If your Page is new, Within a few minutes is the safer start.

When the agent adds a link to your website: When it helps the answer, In every reply, Rarely or Never. Turn on Shorten links for shorter URLs. Add your website in the Knowledge tab first.
Smarter replies
