Can I use Rypl for several brands or clients?

Yes. Connect every client's Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and TikTok ad accounts to one Rypl account, and give each brand its own agent, with its own voice, instructions and knowledge base. Each channel then replies with its brand's agent.

How agencies usually set it up
- Connect with Business profile, so Pages in your clients' Business portfolios stay connected without re-login.
- Create one agent per brand and fill its knowledge base.
- On each channel, click the gear and choose that brand's agent on the AI Agent tab.
- Set Global rules for what every client wants hidden, and add rules Only on this channel where a client needs something different.
