How does RYPL turn comments into sales?
RYPL answers the people who are ready to buy while they are still looking at your post or ad. It reads every comment and DM as it arrives, spots buying intent such as price, size and shipping questions, and replies on-brand within 60 seconds. Spam and abuse are spotted in about 1.7 seconds on average and hidden within seconds, instead of sitting under your ad talking people out of buying. Will people know the replies come from AI?
Replies are posted by your Page or account, in your brand voice, the same way a reply from your team appears. Agents answer from your website, files and Q&A in the language the person wrote in. Inside RYPL every reply shows which agent wrote it, and replies you write yourself are marked as yours.
How does RYPL write its replies?
RYPL's AI agent writes each reply in your brand voice from what you gave it: your website, files and Q&A, instead of guessing. It reads what the comment wants, such as a price question, a shipping question or a complaint, and answers in the language the person wrote in, with nothing to set up. On Pro and Ultra it also looks at the post or ad the comment is under, including the image, video and copy. RYPL runs on the latest OpenAI models and upgrades them automatically, and Ultra gets our most powerful model for complex questions. In RYPL's early beta data, intent-based replies converted about 28% more conversations into sales.
What if the AI gets an answer wrong?
You can rewrite any reply or take a conversation over yourself at any time. Agents answer from the knowledge you gave them instead of guessing, and complaints, urgent questions and anything a rule flags land in a Needs attention queue for a person. On Pro and Ultra, reply rules can send a ready answer or skip a topic entirely, and moderation rules can send matches to you for review first.
Can you turn off comments on Facebook ads?
No, Facebook doesn't let you switch comments off on an ad, but you can hide the ones you don't want automatically. RYPL matches every new comment against your banned words, and its AI checks the rest for spam, scams, hate and off-topic promotion in about 1.7 seconds on average; whatever is flagged is hidden within seconds, measured across RYPL accounts. Hiding goes through Meta's Official Graph API, and no notification is sent: the commenter still sees their own comment, Facebook may also show it to their friends, and the rest of the audience stops seeing it. You don't need keyword lists for this. On Pro and Ultra you can add moderation rules in plain words, like "hide comments with links to other shops", and choose whether RYPL hides, deletes, replies or sends the match to you for review first. Real questions stay up for your agent to answer, and complaints go to a person.
What platforms does RYPL support?
RYPL supports Facebook (Pages, ads, organic posts and Messenger), Instagram (comments and Direct messages) and TikTok ad comments. TikTok ad comments run on the same engine as Facebook and Instagram, with the same replies, spam moderation and intent detection, through TikTok's official Marketing API. Organic TikTok posts are not supported. Every plan includes every platform at no extra cost.
Is RYPL safe to use? Does it comply with platform policies?
