Withdraw from contract
Use this form if you are a consumer and want to withdraw from a contract concluded online with Rypl, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies. Where this right applies, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (your purchase). You can also withdraw in writing or by email at [email protected].
How the withdrawal function works
Rypl provides this function in line with Directive (EU) 2023/2673. It takes two steps: first you enter your details and the contract you want to withdraw from, then you confirm. Your withdrawal only takes effect once you press “Confirm withdrawal from contract”. We then email you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, stating the content of your declaration and the date and time it was submitted.
Who this is for
Rypl is a business-to-business service, so most customers act as professionals rather than consumers. This function exists for the exceptional case where a statutory consumer right of withdrawal does apply. Using it is optional — you may also withdraw in writing or by email — and it does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. See our Terms of Use for the full details.
