Five weeks of RYPL updates in one place. Moderation rules are now cards you write in plain words, each with its own action: hide, delete, send to review or reply (Pro). Reply rules decide what happens to a comment, and thank-you replies answer praise (Pro). Setup takes minutes: describe your business and RYPL builds your agent and rules. In the inbox, agents have faces, you see the comment someone was replying to, comments your Page liked carry a Liked badge, and DMs show real names. The knowledge base re-learns on save, and there is a light theme.
This is the list of what shipped in RYPL between 7 September and 2 October 2026. Each item below is live in the app today; plan labels say where a feature needs Pro or Ultra.
Moderation rules you write in plain words
Shipped 29 September. Pro and Ultra.
A moderation rule is now a card. You write it the way you would explain it to a new hire, for example "hide comments with links to other shops" or "send anything about a refund to me", and choose what RYPL does with a match: hide it, delete it, send it to review, or reply to it.
Rules sit on top of the filters every plan already has (spam, hate, media and your banned words), so you no longer need a keyword for every way someone can phrase the same thing. If you are not sure what a new rule will catch, review first shows what it would do before it acts.
Reply rules and thank-you replies
Shipped 10 September. Pro and Ultra.
RYPL reads the intent of every comment on every plan. Reply rules are where you decide what happens next: a condition, then an action. An agent answers, a ready reply you wrote goes out, or the comment is skipped. That is how you keep a price question answered by the agent, a giveaway keyword answered with a fixed line, and a topic you never discuss in public left alone.
Thank-you replies answer praise: a short, on-brand reply to "love this" keeps the thread active.
Set up in minutes
Shipped 25 September. Every plan.
You no longer start from an empty agent. Describe your business in a few sentences and RYPL builds the agent and a starting set of rules for you. Add your website, files or Q&A to the knowledge base, review what it built, and switch it on.
An inbox that shows who did what
Shipped 7 September to 2 October. Every plan.
- Agents with faces (1 October). Every agent has a face, so you see which one replied to a comment and what each of them did while you were away.
- Reply context (2 October). When someone answers another commenter, the inbox shows the comment they were replying to. One click opens that person's conversation.
- Liked badge (1 October). Comments your Page liked through RYPL now carry a Liked badge.
- Real names in DMs (7 September). People who message you on Facebook and Instagram appear under their real names.
A knowledge base that keeps itself current
Shipped 30 September. Every plan.
The knowledge base now learns the moment you save a change, so an updated shipping policy or price is in the next reply. Websites you added are re-read only when needed.
Light theme
Shipped 1 October. Every plan.
The app now has a light theme alongside the dark one.
