NapoleonCat starts automatic comment hiding on its Expert plan ($119 a month billed yearly for 5 profiles and 2 users, plus a $29 add-on for AI spam and hate tagging past 100 free actions a month), its automated replies are presets, and its AI only drafts replies for a person to send. Rypl does the work itself: on every plan its AI writes and posts replies and hides spam and hate on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads, for a flat $19 to $89 a month with no comment limit. The other alternatives below are capped per month (ReplyZen, CommentGuard), priced by credits (Brandwise) or priced per seat (Agorapulse, Sprout Social). Prices checked October 2026.
We build Rypl, so read this as a vendor's list. Every price and feature below was checked on the vendor's own pricing, feature or help pages in October 2026, with links in each entry. Where a vendor doesn't publish something, or its page wouldn't load for us, we say so instead of guessing.
What NapoleonCat does, and where it stops
NapoleonCat is a social media management platform with publishing, analytics, a social inbox and an Auto-moderation module. For paid social it moderates comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ads, including dark and unpublished posts.
Its AI Assistant tags comments for spam, hate speech and sentiment, and your Auto-moderation rules decide what happens next: hide, delete, assign, forward or send a preset reply. NapoleonCat's own description is clear that the AI does the tagging and the rules do the acting. The AI Assistant is a $29-a-month add-on on the pricing page; its free version covers 100 Inbox actions a month. For written answers there is AI Reply Suggestions (beta): the AI drafts a reply from your files, URLs and saved replies, and a person clicks Send. Each generated reply uses one AI coin, and it works on comments, not private messages.
Pricing is sold in bundles of social profiles and users. The smallest bundle is 5 profiles and 2 users:
| Plan | Billed yearly | Month to month | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $79/mo | $89/mo | Publishing, analytics, competitor tracking, automated reporting. No inbox |
| Pro | $89/mo | $109/mo | Social Inbox, AI Reply Suggestions (beta), saved responses |
| Expert | $119/mo | $139/mo | Automatic moderation for popular questions, automatic hiding and deletion, automatic sentiment analysis |
| Enterprise | from $465/mo | API access, custom reporting, SLA |
A bigger team pays for a bigger bundle: 10 profiles and 5 users cost $129, $159 or $209 a month billed yearly; 20 profiles and 10 users cost $209, $249 or $309. The trial is 14 days on the Expert plan with no card. Prices checked October 2026.
Why teams look for a NapoleonCat alternative
- Automatic hiding costs Expert. Standard has no inbox and Pro has no auto-moderation, so the cheapest way to hide spam on ads without a person is $119 a month billed yearly, or $148 once AI tagging goes past the 100 free actions a month.
- Replies aren't automatic in the AI sense. Automated replies are presets you write for each rule. The AI drafts still need someone to send each one, and the queue grows with your ad spend.
- Profiles add up for advertisers. NapoleonCat's pricing FAQ counts Instagram Ads (up to 500 active ads per profile) and TikTok Ads each as a social profile, next to your Pages and accounts. Pro and Expert also list an Inbox capacity (10K interactions on the smallest bundle) that covers all social interactions.
- Most of the suite goes unused. If you never schedule a post from NapoleonCat, most of what Standard sells is unused.

1. Rypl: AI replies and moderation on every plan, at a flat price
Rypl handles the comments under your ads and posts. It replies with AI on Facebook and Instagram posts and ads and on TikTok ads (on TikTok it works on ads and replies to top-level comments), and it answers Facebook and Instagram DMs. Answers come from your knowledge base (website, files and Q&A), and from the Pro plan each reply is written after reading the post or ad creative. Intent detection runs on every plan, so price, shipping and availability questions are recognised as buying questions.
Moderation is automatic from the first plan: spam and hate are hidden on their own. The AI spots spam in about 1.7 seconds on average and hides it within seconds (RYPL's own measurement). Every plan also has banned words, author blocking and Filter by tone per channel, which can hide negative comments too; complaints you'd rather answer go to a Needs attention queue for a person instead of getting a canned answer. From Pro you write moderation rules in plain words ("hide comments with links to other shops") and can put a new rule on Review first to see what it catches before it acts; reply rules decide what happens for each intent, and thank-you replies answer praise. Ultra adds conversation memory. Every plan runs on the latest OpenAI models.
- Pricing: Simple $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Ultra $89/mo, about 20% off yearly. Flat, with no comment limit on any plan, and a 7-day free trial. See pricing.
- Compared with NapoleonCat: automatic hiding of spam and hate is on the $19 plan rather than $119 (or $148 with NapoleonCat's AI Assistant), and AI replies post without waiting for someone to click Send.
- Speed: on Facebook, Rypl's median reply goes out 17 seconds after the comment is posted, and 97% within a minute (RYPL's own measurement, Q3 2026).
- Works next to your suite: Rypl is built for comments and DMs, not publishing or reporting. If you publish and report in NapoleonCat, keep Standard for that and let Rypl answer the comments.

2. ReplyZen: AI replies, capped per month
ReplyZen does AI replies and moderation for comments on ads and posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok; its homepage labels TikTok beta, and its platform help lists the TikTok limits. Replies can publish automatically, wait as drafts, or publish only above a confidence threshold (publishing modes).
- Pricing: Basic $29/mo (up to 500 AI replies and 2,500 moderations a month), Pro $69 (1,500 / 7,500), Enterprise $149 (5,000 / 25,000), Ultra $249 (10,000 / 50,000), VAT excluded (ReplyZen pricing). 14-day free trial with 500 AI replies and 500 moderations.
- Compared with Rypl: every ReplyZen tier caps AI replies and moderations per month, so an ad that takes off can push you up a tier. Rypl has no comment limit on any plan. Head-to-head: Rypl vs ReplyZen.
3. CommentGuard: moderation for Meta only, capped per month
CommentGuard works on Facebook and Instagram; its help center says it does not support TikTok, X, YouTube or other platforms (source). Moderation works on organic posts and on ads launched through Ads Manager (source). Filters hide matching comments, or delete them in Delete mode (source), and AI agents reply from your knowledge and instructions, as drafts or sent automatically (source).
- Pricing: by comments processed per month. CommentGuard's pricing page showed us a bot check, so we could not confirm its current plan prices. Its help center says the pricing page lists plans up to 50,000 comments a month, with Ultimate 100K at $399/mo and Ultimate 150K at $599/mo above that (source). 7-day free trial, no card (source).
- Compared with Rypl: at the monthly limit CommentGuard stops processing new comments until you upgrade or the next billing period starts (source), and TikTok isn't supported. Rypl has no comment limit and covers TikTok ads on every plan.
4. Brandwise: an AI inbox priced by credits
Brandwise is an AI inbox for comments, DMs, email and live chat. Its comment automations can reply with AI, create a draft for review, hide, assign or delete (help). On ads, its comments FAQ covers Facebook and Instagram, including dark posts; on TikTok it takes comments on your own videos, not ads.
- Pricing: Standard is priced by volume on a slider; at the page's default of 2,000 comments a month it shows $49/mo billed monthly for 3,000 credits. One credit is one comment moderated, one item labelled or one AI reply, so moderating and answering the same comment uses two. When credits run out, AI moderation and auto-replies pause; credit packs start at 2,500 credits for $70. 7-day free trial; you add a card when you start (pricing page).
- Compared with Rypl: every AI action uses a credit, and the AI stops when they run out; TikTok ad comments aren't covered. Rypl has no comment limit and covers TikTok ads on every plan.
5. Agorapulse: per user, no AI replies for comments
Agorapulse is a social media suite priced per user. Comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn ads start on Professional. Automated moderation can review, assign, hide, label or delete inbox items, with one rule per social profile and one trigger condition below Custom. Its AI reply suggestions are for private messages only, on Custom (help).
- Pricing: per user per month, billed yearly: Standard $79, Professional $119, Advanced $149 ($99, $149 and $199 month to month); Custom is quoted. 30-day free trial with no card (pricing). The free plan with the inbox ended on 6 July 2026; the free Archie plan doesn't include the inbox (Agorapulse help).
- Compared with Rypl: ad comments start at $119 per user, a person writes every comment reply, and Instagram ad comments sync hourly (help). Rypl answers and hides on its own from $19 a month flat. More: Agorapulse alternatives.
6. Sprout Social: per seat, automation on the top plan
Sprout Social is a suite for larger social and customer care teams. Its pricing page lists Facebook and Instagram ad comment moderation from Standard, and the inbox rule builder, Enhance Reply by AI Assist and automated message classification from Advanced. Its help center adds TikTok: once a TikTok Ads account is connected, comments on dark Spark Ads and Custom Identity ads arrive in the Smart Inbox, and comments on Spark Ads that also show on your profile arrive as ordinary TikTok comments.
- Pricing: per seat per month, billed yearly: Standard $199, Professional $299 and Advanced $399, Enterprise custom. 30-day free trial, no card (pricing).
- Compared with Rypl: automation and AI help with replies start at $399 per seat, and AI Assist enhances a reply an agent writes. Rypl's automatic hiding and AI replies that post on their own start at $19 a month flat.
How to choose
- Ad comments answered and cleaned automatically, at a flat price: Rypl, from $19 a month.
- You publish and report in NapoleonCat and want to keep it: keep Standard for that and add Rypl for the comments, so routine replies go out without a person sending each one.
- No budget yet: start with Meta's own controls. How to hide comments on Facebook ads automatically shows what they cover, and the guides walk through each platform task step by step.
Price each tool for your busiest month. NapoleonCat grows with profiles and users; capped and credit-based tools (ReplyZen, CommentGuard, Brandwise) cost more as comments grow; per-user and per-seat tools (Agorapulse, Sprout Social) cost more as you add people to keep up. Rypl's price stays the same either way. For the wider field, see the best Facebook and Instagram comment automation tools.
